In hindsight, I should have looked for help sooner, but like many others, I failed to identify the symptoms. I thought it would pass; it was a bad day, stress, etc. It escalated little by little. I believed I would eventually get to the other side of this, and my confidence, peace of mind, and natural optimism would return. Instead, one day I couldn't handle it anymore and I found myself calling my dad to take me to the hospital and was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder.

For some of us, asking for help is the hardest thing to do. We believe we have to be strong. We have to manage everything life throws at us, keep smiling, keep going, never quit, stay positive. This is an impossible task without the necessary skills and tools to care for our physical, mental, and emotional health!

The path to rediscovering my confidence, peace of mind, and balance has been one of trial and error. Breathwork has helped the most and has become the tool I use any time “life happens.” For the past seven years, I have been teaching others how to breathe their way back into a healthy and balanced life.

How soon will I see a difference?

This really depends on how often you practice. The more you practice, the sooner you will be able to see changes in your life. Each session is different, but emotional integration happens in all of them.


For specific situations, such as anxiety or panic attack, you will learn practical exercises to help you. In those cases, you will find relief after a few minutes.

How often will I need to practice?

We recommend 5 to 10 minutes every day and one full session a week. This is time that you will dedicatee to caring for and nurturing yourself.

Will I learn a specific way to breathe?

We will teach you how to breathe correctly so that your lungs can benefit from full diaphragmatic breathing during our sessions.


We will also teach you a specific way to breathe during sessions so you can integrate emotional trauma and quickly change your breathing pattern.
